All types of gears up to 600mm diameter can be produced including Spur and Helical Gears, Splined Shafts, Worms and Wormwheels, Sprockets and Timing Pulleys.

For certain applications gear teeth can be finished to a very high tolerance using methods such as gear shaving and gear grinding.

Gear Racks

The Gear Rack division was set up in 1995 and now supplies to various industries including stairlifts, drilling machines, oil and gas applications, plus many other diverse industries.

Racks can be supplied up to 3 metres long with a pitch of up to 6DP (4mod) maximum.

Machined Parts

During the last 3 years Mini Gears has expanded its range of machining capability and now supplies a large number of machined only components.

Now, with 3 Mazak 5 axis CNC "one hit machining" machines installed we can supply a comprehensive range of turned / milled components manufactured to the highest accuracy.
